Q: When does the Notice of Intention to Marry (NOIM) form need to be signed and provided to the celebrant?

A: No later than one month and one day prior to the ceremony.

Q: How much can we tailor our ceremony to suit our needs?

A: There are only a couple of elements that are legally required to be in a wedding ceremony, leaving the remainder which is able to be designed to suit the couple’s desires. I look forward to working with couples to construct their ideal ceremony and I can offer as little or as much input as requested.

Q: What do you supply at the ceremony?

A: On the day of your ceremony I can supply a PA system that can play music, a table, chair, table cloth, chair cover and a White/Black or light Brown Quill and ink for the signing of the register and to complement your cerificate on the day I use a Wax and Seal.  If requested, I can also provide Balinese flags in your wedding colour theme. Please advise me what you need before the event.

Q: What do you charge?

A: I charge $525 – this is split into two payments and includes a variety of services. See Fees and legal for more information.

Q: How far can you travel?

A: I will travel up to 100km from Townsville at no extra charge (included within the total fee of $480), but I’m willing to travel further afield to your chosen location. This cost is calculated at $10 per additional 10km. I am also willing to discuss interstate or overseas travel if required.
