Legal
As a registered Civil Marriage Celebrant, Mary Scott is authorised to take care of most of the legal requirements.
Couples are asked to download and complete the Notice of Intention to Marry (NOIM) form and bring it to the first meeting. This needs to be completed in black pen and supplied to Mary so that she can lodge the paperwork no later than one month and one day prior to the date of the ceremony.
Another form that needs to be completed is the Statuary Declaration. Please also bring this form to the meeting.
If you are unsure how to complete the form or have any questions, I will assist you.
